An Act providing disability compensation for qualified correctional officers.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 149 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended in line 4 of section 3 after the words
2“reserve police officer” by inserting thereof the following words:- “or a corrections officer or
3correctional program officer".
