Brownsberger for legislation to increase volunteer service property tax benefits for veterans.

An Act increasing volunteer service property tax benefits for veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 5N of chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, 
2is hereby amended in line 16 by striking the figure “$1,500” and replacing in place thereof the 
3following figure:- “$2,000”. 
4 Said section 5N of said chapter 59 is hereby further amended in line 43 by striking out 
5the figure “$1,500” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000”.
