An Act relative to excise tax collections of electric motor vehicles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Notwithstanding any law, rule or regulation to the contrary, any state and federal rebates
2provided for an electric motor vehicle shall be applied to reduce its MSRP in the calculation of
3motor vehicle excise tax.
