An Act relative to ride share companies’ customer service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority 
of the same, as follows:
1 Chapter 159A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, is hereby 
2amended by adding the following section:- 
3 Section 33. Ride share companies, including but not limited to Uber and Lyft, shall 
4maintain a customer service line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
