An Act adjusting school bus driver physical examinations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority
of the same, as follows:
1 Section 8A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition,
2is hereby amended by inserting after the words “licensed physician" in line 12 the following
3words:- "or licensed chiropractor".
4 Said section 8A of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official
5Edition, is further amended by inserting after the word "physician," in line 19, the following
6words:- "or chiropractor".
