Resolve providing for a study of Bittersweet Vine and other invasive species.
1 Resolved, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Department of 
2Environmental Protection shall conduct a study to examine the impact of Bittersweet Vine and 
3other invasive plant species in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and suggest solutions to the 
4problems created by these invasive plants.
5 The agency shall file a report of their findings and recommendations with the clerks of 
6the house of representatives and the senate, the chairs of the house and senate committees on 
7ways and means, and the house and senate chairs of environment and natural resources, not later 
8than September 30, 2025.
