The Commonwealth of Massachusetts _______________ In the One Hundred and Ninety-Fourth General Court (2025-2026) _______________ An Act preserving and protecting public health. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1 SECTION 1. Chapter 118E of the general laws, as appearing in the 2022 Official Edition, 2is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section:- 3 Section 83. The vaccine administration reimbursement rates for all providers 4administering all immunizations for Medicaid eligible adults and children shall be no less than 5the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) regional reimbursement rate. This shall 6include billing through any Massachusetts Medicaid immunization payment providers or 7pharmacy benefit manager. 8 SECTION 2. This act shall take effect on January 1, 2026.
