BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 18 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 19 Article – Alcoholic Beverages 20 11–102. 21 This title applies only in Anne Arundel County. 22 11–201. 23 2 SENATE BILL 499 There is a Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County. 1 11–202. 2 (c) (1) The term of a member is 2 years. 3 (2) A MEMBER MAY NOT SERVE MORE THAN FOUR CONSECUTIVE 4 TERMS. 5 SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That notwithstanding § 6 11–202(c)(1) of the Alcoholic Beverages Article, as enacted by Section 1 of this Act, the term 7 of the member of the Board of License Commissioners for Anne Arundel County who was 8 initially appointed by the Governor to the Board in 2021 shall expire on April 30, 2024. 9 SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 10 1, 2022. 11
