FOR the purpose of requiring each county board of education to create a health educator 3

EDUCATION INSTRUCTION IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TH E COUNTY; AND 19
(2) GATHER DETAILED DATA REGARDING THE OPERATION AND 20
EFFECTIVENESS OF HEALTH EDUCATION INSTRUCTION IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN THE 21

(B) THE HEALTH EDUCATOR POSITION SHALL BE FU NDED USING THE 1
FUNDS PROVIDED UNDER TITLE 5, SUBTITLE 2 OF THIS ARTICLE. 2
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 3
1, 2022. 4
