AN ACT concerning 1
Department of Planning – Maryland Humanities Council – Appropriation for 2
the Strengthening Humanities Investment in Nonprofits for Equity 3
(SHINE) Grantmaking Initiative 4
FOR the purpose of requiring the Governor each year to include in the annual budget bill 5
an appropriation to the Department of Planning to be used as a grant to the 6
Maryland Humanities Council for a certain grantmaking initiative; and generally 7
relating to an appropriation for a grantmaking initiative. 8
