BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 12 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 13 Article – Health – General 14 19–4A–10. 15 (A) Except as provided by federal law, licensure under this subtitle does not 16 entitle a residential service agency to reimbursement by a third party payor. 17 (B) THE DEPARTMENT MAY REIMBU RSE A RESIDENTIAL SE RVICE AGENCY 18 FOR PERSONAL ASSISTA NCE SERVICES ONLY IF THE PERSONAL ASSIST ANCE 19 SERVICES ARE PROVIDE D BY AN INDIVIDUAL C LASSIFIED AS AN EMPL OYEE. 20 SECTION 2.
