BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 17 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 18 Article – Tax – Property 19 9–302. 20 2 SENATE BILL 502 (b) The governing body of Allegany County or of a municipal corporation in 1 Allegany County may grant, by law, a property tax credit under this section against the 2 county or municipal corporation property tax imposed on: 3 (16) property that is: 4 (i) owned by: 5 1. The Lions Center, LLC; 6 2. The Lions Center I, LLC; or 7 3. The Lions Center II, LLC; and 8 (ii) known as The Lions Center for Rehabilitation and Extended 9 Care; [and] 10 (17) property that is owned by the Cumberland Economic Development 11 Corporation; AND 12 (18) PROPERTY THAT IS OWNED BY EVERGREEN HERITAGE CENTER 13 FOUNDATION, INC., OR EVERGREEN HERITAGE CENTER HOLDINGS, LLC. 14 SECTION 2.
