BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 15 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 16 Article – General Provisions 17 [4–322. 18 (a) In this section, “surveillance image” has the meaning stated in § 10–112 of the 19 Criminal Law Article. 20 2 SENATE BILL 643 (b) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, a custodian of a 1 surveillance image shall deny inspection of the surveillance image. 2 (c) A custodian shall allow inspection of a surveillance image: 3 (1) as required in § 10–112 of the Criminal Law Article; 4 (2) by any person issued a citation under § 10–112 of the Criminal Law 5 Article, or by an attorney of record for the person; or 6 (3) BY AN EMPLOYEE OR AGENT OF THE BALTIMORE CITY 7 DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN AN INV ESTIGATION 8 OR A PROCEEDING UNDE R § 10–112 OF THE CRIMINAL LAW ARTICLE; OR 9 (3) (4) by an employee or agent of the Baltimore City Department of 10 Public Works in an investigation or a proceeding relating to the imposition of or 11 indemnification from civil liability under § 10–112 of the Criminal Law Article.] 12 SECTION 2.
