FOR the purpose of designating the original Maryland orange crush as the State cocktail; 3

 WHEREAS, The orange crush cocktail originated in 1995 at the Harborside Bar and 17 
Grill in Ocean City, Maryland; now, therefore, 18 
 
 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND	, 19 
That Section(s) 7–313 through 7–319 of Article – General Provisions of the Annotated Code 20 
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 7–314 through 7–320, respectively. 21 
 
 SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland read 22 
as follows: 23
