FOR the purpose of authorizing certain sports wagering facility licensees to submit a 3
written request to the State Lottery and Gaming Control Commission to relocate the 4
sports wagering facility, subject to certain limitations; and generally relating to 5
sports wagering facilities. 6

ORIGINALLY ISSUED A CLASS B SPORTS WAGERING FACI LITY LICENSE ON OR 4
BEFORE SEPTEMBER 30, 2023; AND 5
(II) THE NEW LOCATION FOR T HE SPORTS WAGERING F ACILITY: 6
1. IS WITHIN THE SAME C OUNTY; AND 7
2. COMPLIES WITH THE LO CATION REQUIREMENTS 8
UNDER § 9–1E–06 OF THIS SUBTITLE; AND 9
3. SUBJECT TO § 9–1E–15(Q) OF THIS SUBTITLE , IS 10
APPROVED BY THE SPORTS WAGERING APPLICATION REVIEW COMMISSION. 11
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 12
