Harford County – Alcoholic Beverages – Multiple Licenses – Golf Simulator 2

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of License Commissioners for Harford County to 4
issue a Class GSF (golf simulator facility) license to a holder of a Class B license; 5
clarifying that the Class GSF (golf simulator facility) license counts toward a certain 6
total number of allowable Class B alcoholic beverages licenses a holder may be 7
issued; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages licenses in Harford County. 8

(A) [The] EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN SUBSECTION (B) OF THIS SECTION, THE 1
Board may issue a maximum number of nine Class B licenses to the same person. 2
(B) (1) THE BOARD MAY ISSUE ONE CLASS GSF (GOLF SIMULATOR 3
FACILITY) LICENSE UNDER § 22–1003.2 OF THIS TITLE TO THE HOLDER OF ONE OR 4
MORE CLASS B LICENSES. 5
(2) A CLASS GSF (GOLF SIMULATOR FACILI TY) LICENSE ISSUED 6
UNDER PARAGRAPH (1) OF THIS SUBSECTION S HALL BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL 7
NUMBER OF LICENSES THAT MAY BE ISSUED TO THE SAME PERSON UNDER 8
SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION. 9
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect July 10
1, 2025. 11
