Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission – Review of Report and 2

FOR the purpose of requiring the Maryland Police Training and Standards Commission to 4
annually review a certain report published by the Independent Investigations 5
Division of the Office of the Attorney General; requiring the Commission to make 6
certain recommendations; and generally relating to the Maryland Police Training 7
and Standards Commission. 8

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 14

(1) ANNUALLY REVIEW THE REPORT PUBLISHED BY THE 19
INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY 20
GENERAL UNDER § 6–602 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE; AND 21
(2) MAKE ANY RECOMMENDAT IONS THAT THE COMMISSION 22
