BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, 14 That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: 15 Article – Public Safety 16 3–207. 17 (O) THE COMMISSION SHALL : 18 2 SENATE BILL 391 (1) ANNUALLY REVIEW THE REPORT PUBLISHED BY THE 1 INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATIONS DIVISION OF THE OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY 2 GENERAL UNDER § 6–602 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE; AND 3 (2) MAKE ANY RECOMMENDAT IONS THAT THE COMMISSION 4 DETERMINES ARE APPRO PRIATE BASED ON ITS REVIEW. 5 SECTION 2.
