FOR the purpose of requiring the Howard County Department of Planning and Zoning to 5
consider whether pedestrian infrastructure could offset the need for the construction 6
of parking spaces for new construction when determining the minimum number of 7
mandatory parking spaces; and generally relating to requirements for the Howard 8
County Department of Planning and Zoning. 9

October 1, 2025. 11
