Fiscal Detail and Notes
The bill includes General Fund appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services of $49,910 in fiscal
year 2024-25 for 0.5 Social Services Program Specialist II to oversee the development of the application and
associated translated versions as well as on-going work ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and one-time
funding for the cost of translation services for financial eligibility applications. Other Special Revenue Funds
allocations are also included for the FMAP match.
