Page 1 - 131LR0882(01) 1 2 as amended by PL 2021, c. 514, §1, is 3 repealed. 4 as amended by PL 2021, c. 514, §2, 5 is further amended by repealing the first blocked paragraph. 6 7 This bill makes permanent the changes to the liquor laws, which are to be repealed 8 March 30, 2025, allowing qualified on-premises retailers and qualified distilleries to sell 9 liquor for off-premises consumption under certain conditions and the sale of cocktails for 10 on-premises consumption at distilleries and small distilleries. 7 8 9 10
