4 This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
5 This bill, as emergency legislation, proposes to make unified appropriations and
6 allocations for the expenditures of State Government from the General Fund and other
7 funds and to change certain provisions of the law necessary to the proper operations of
8 State Government for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2024 and June 30, 2025.
