Preliminary Fiscal Impact Statement
The Department of Health and Human Services will require General Fund appropriations of $42,634 in fiscal year
2023-24 and $120,252 in fiscal year 2024-25 for one Social Services Program Specialist II position beginning July 1,
2023 and 2 Social Services Program Specialist I positions beginning July 1, 2024 to handle the start-up of the program
and the expected additional inspections and complaints.
