This bill establishes 22 positions beginning in fiscal year 2023-24 in the Maine Commission on Indigent Legal
Services program and provides adjustments to General Fund appropriations in fiscal year 2023-24 and fiscal year 2024-

year 2023-24 and fiscal year 2024-25.
