Potential costs to school administrative units
This bill allows, but does not require, designated school personnel to administer an undesignated ready-to-use
glucagon rescue therapy to a student with a known diagnosis of diabetes. Costs to implement the provisions of this
legislation if a school administrative unit chooses to do so will be borne by the unit.
