W, §5, is further amended by enacting a new subparagraph 22 (33) to read: 23 (33) A municipal general assistance officer. 24 25 This bill makes municipal general assistance officers mandated reporters of the 26 suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation of incapacitated or dependent adults and of the 27 suspected abuse or neglect of children or a suspicious child death. 25 26 27
