4 This bill is a concept draft pursuant to Joint Rule 208.
5 This bill, as emergency legislation, proposes to make supplemental allocations for the
6 expenditures of State Government from the Highway Fund and other funds and change
7 certain provisions of the law necessary to the proper operations of State Government for
8 the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025, as submitted by the Governor pursuant to the Maine
9 Revised Statutes, Title 5.
