5 their findings to the Joint Standing Committee on Transportation by December 3, 2025.

7 This resolve directs the Maine-Canadian Legislative Advisory Commission and the
8 New England and Eastern Canada Legislative Commission to examine restoring passenger
9 rail from Boston, Massachusetts to Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The commissions are
