Federal Expenditure Funds allocations and Federal Block Grant Fund allocations are required for the FMAP match, at the enhanced FMAP rate available under the CCBHC Medicaid Demonstration. Currently, the bill includes transfer language to shift the money between the General Fund accounts within the DHHS. This transfer is not necessary.
