6 under subsection 2 and all underlying supporting documents and all requests for proposals 
7 and all underlying supporting documents, including responses, accepted responses and any 
8 related financial agreements, and may not delete or destroy any records, correspondence or 
9 financial agreements related to the procurement of goods or services except as required by 
10 law.

13 notices of intent to waive the competitive bidding process and all underlying supporting 
14 documents.

16 This bill requires the Director of the Bureau of General Services within the Department 
17 of Administrative and Financial Services to preserve and make available on a publicly 
18 accessible website all records and documents related to the competitive bidding process, 
19 including notices of intent to waive competitive bidding. This bill also directs the 
20 department to recover and publish past notices of intent to waive competitive bidding.
