HOUSE BILL NO. 4543 A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 20204. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 20204. A health facility or agency that provides inpatient rehabilitation services or skilled nursing care and refuses to admit an individual for the receipt of the services described in this section shall provide the individual with a written explanation for why the individual was denied admittance. The written explanation must be provided to the individual within 3 days after the health facility or agency's decision to deny admittance.
