HOUSE BILL NO. 4689 A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled "Michigan memorial highway act," by amending section 67 (MCL 250.1067), as added by 2003 PA 195. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 67. (1) The Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), the portion of highway US-127 in Ingham county County shall be known as the "James M. Pelton Firefighters Memorial Highway". (2) The portion of highway US-127 in Ingham County beginning at the Kipp Road exit and continuing north to the highway I-96 interchange shall be known as the "Trooper Starr Memorial Highway".
