HOUSE BILL NO. 5930 A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," (MCL 380.1 to 380.1852) by adding section 1271. the people of the state of michigan enact: Sec. 1271. By not later than June 1, 2026, and each June 1 thereafter, the department shall publish on its website a report showing the pupil to teacher ratio for each public school in this state.
