1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; FAMILY PLANNING GRANTS.​
1.5 $7,900,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $7,900,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from​
1.6the general fund to the commissioner of health for distribution under Minnesota Statutes,​
1.7section 145.925.​
