1.2 relating to transportation; appropriating money for the interchange reconstruction
1.3 project at U.S. Highway 169 and Hennepin County State-Aid Highway 130.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6 $12,300,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the
1.7commissioner of transportation for predesign, right-of-way acquisition, design, engineering,
1.8and construction of capacity and safety improvements to the interchange at U.S. Highway
1.9169 and Hennepin County State-Aid Highway 130 in Maple Grove. This appropriation does
1.10not require a nonstate match. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30,
1.112027.
