1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 204B.06, is amended by adding a subdivision​
1.6to read:​
1.7 Subd. 10.Requirement to hold office.As a requirement to hold a county, municipal,​
1.8or school board office, a candidate must not have been convicted of terroristic threats under​
1.9section 609.713.​
