1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 4.046, subdivision 2, is amended to read:
1.7 Subd. 2.Subcabinet membership.The subcabinet consists of the following members:
1.8 (1) the commissioner of human services;
1.9 (2) the commissioner of health;
1.10 (3) the commissioner of education;
1.11 (4) the commissioner of public safety;
1.12 (5) the commissioner of corrections;
1.13 (6) the commissioner of management and budget;
1.14 (7) the commissioner of higher education;
1.15 (8) the commissioner of children, youth, and families;
1.16 (9) the chief executive officer of direct care and treatment;
1.17 (10) the commissioner of commerce;
1.18 (11) the director of the Office of Cannabis Management;
1.19 (8) (12) the chair of the Interagency Council on Homelessness; and
