                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to education; clarifying student academic achievement and improvement​
1.3 provisions; amending Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 120B.35, subdivision 4.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2024, section 120B.35, subdivision 4, is amended to read:​
1.6 Subd. 4.Improving schools.Consistent with the requirements of this section, beginning​
1.7June 20, 2012, the commissioner of education must annually report to the public and the​
1.8legislature best practices implemented in those schools that are identified as high performing​
1.9under federal expectations.​
1.10 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2025.​
