1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; SUBSIDIES FOR FEDERALLY QUALIFIED​
1.6HEALTH CENTERS.​
1.7 $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $2,500,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.8the general fund to the commissioner of health for subsidies to federally qualified health​
1.9centers according to Minnesota Statutes, section 145.9269.​
