1.2 relating to human services; requiring exception to age and size limitations for
1.3 customized living and 24-hour customized living services for certain settings.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. DIRECTION TO COMMISSIONER; AGE AND SIZE EXCEPTION
1.6FOR CERTAIN SETTINGS.
1.7 The commissioner of human services must determine that the brain injury (BI) or
1.8community access for disability inclusion (CADI) waiver customized living and 24-hour
1.9customized living age and size limitation exceptions apply to three housing settings located
1.10at 8751 Preserve Boulevard, 8761 Preserve Boulevard, and 8771 Preserve Boulevard in the
1.11city of Eden Prairie that provide customized living and 24-hour customized living services
1.12to clients enrolled in the BI and CADI waivers and had a capacity to serve ten clients at
1.13each address as of July 1, 2022.
