                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to taxation; taxpayer assistance; providing funds for taxpayer assistance​
1.3 grants and tax credit outreach grants; appropriating money.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. TAXPAYER ASSISTANCE AND TAX CREDIT OUTREACH GRANTS;​
1.6APPROPRIATIONS.​
1.7 (a) $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.8from the general fund to the commissioner of revenue for taxpayer assistance grants under​
1.9Minnesota Statutes, section 270C.21, subdivision 3.​
1.10 (b) $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated​
1.11from the general fund to the commissioner of revenue for tax credit outreach grants under​
1.12Minnesota Statutes, section 270C.21, subdivision 4.​
