1.2 relating to workforce development; appropriating money for performance grants​
1.3 to Twin Cities R!SE.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. TWIN CITIES R!SE; APPROPRIATION.​
1.6 $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from​
1.7the workforce development fund to the commissioner of employment and economic​
1.8development for performance grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8747, to Twin​
1.9Cities R!SE to provide training to individuals facing barriers to employment. This​
1.10appropriation is onetime and available until June 30, 2028.​
