1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. TRANSFER; HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT STATE MATCHING FUNDS.​
1.5 $200,000 in fiscal year 2026 is transferred from the general fund to the Help America​
1.6Vote Act account established in Minnesota Statutes, section 5.30, and is credited to the state​
1.7match requirement of the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2024, Public Law​
1.8118-47.​
