1.5Section 1. ELECTIONS AND CAMPAIGN FINANCE APPROPRIATIONS.
1.6 The sums shown in the columns marked "Appropriations" are appropriated to the agencies
1.7and for the purposes specified in this article. The appropriations are from the general fund,
1.8and are available for the fiscal years indicated for each purpose. The figures "2026" and
1.9"2027" used in this article mean that the appropriations listed under them are available for
1.10the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, or June 30, 2027, respectively. "The first year" is fiscal
1.11year 2026. "The second year" is fiscal year 2027. "The biennium" is fiscal years 2026 and
1.122027.
