1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; OFFICE OF THE FOSTER YOUTH​
1.6OMBUDSPERSON.​
1.7 $240,000 in fiscal year 2026 and $240,000 in fiscal year 2027 are appropriated from the​
1.8general fund to the Office of the Foster Youth Ombudsperson for additional full-time​
1.9employees to conduct outreach to foster youth.​
