                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to real estate appraisers; establishing a disciplinary sanction matrix;​
1.3 proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 82B.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. [82B.26] DISCIPLINARY SANCTION MATRIX.​
1.6 When establishing a sanction for an appraiser, the commissioner must rely on the current​
1.7version of the Voluntary Disciplinary Sanction Matrix published by the Appraisal Foundation.​
1.8The commissioner may deviate from the Voluntary Disciplinary Sanction Matrix on a​
1.9case-by-case basis when establishing a sanction if the commissioner determines a reasonable​
1.10mitigating circumstance that supports the deviation exists.​
