1.2 relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money to the White Earth​
1.3 Nation for the construction of a cultural center.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; WHITE EARTH NATION.​
1.6 $5,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund​
1.7to the commissioner of administration for a grant to the White Earth Nation to build a cultural​
1.8center for the White Earth Tribal Community.​
