                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to housing; appropriating money for workforce housing development.​
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. WORKFORCE HOUSING.​
1.5 (a) $20,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is transferred from the general fund to the housing​
1.6development fund.​
1.7 (b) $20,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the housing development fund​
1.8to the commissioner of the Housing Finance Agency for the workforce housing development​
1.9program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.39. This is a onetime appropriation.​
