                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to human services; appropriating money for HIV/AIDS support services.​
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; HIV/AIDS SUPPORT SERVICES.​
1.5 $9,000,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.6of human services for grants to community-based HIV/AIDS support services providers.​
1.7This appropriation is available until June 30, 2027. The base for this appropriation is​
1.8$9,000,000 in fiscal year 2028.​
