                    1.1	A bill for an act​
1.2 relating to housing; appropriating money for a grant to the Rondo Community​
1.3 Land Trust.​
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; RONDO COMMUNITY LAND TRUST.​
1.6 $11,500,000 in fiscal year 2026 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.7of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant to the Rondo Community Land Trust.​
1.8The grant recipient must use grant money for a home buyer initiative pilot program. Activities​
1.9funded with the appropriation must be affordable for households whose adjusted income is​
1.10115 percent of the area median income or below as determined by the United States​
1.11Department of Housing and Urban Development. This is a onetime appropriation.​
